Hey,
Is there an option to have "skins" ie. certain looks that the user can choose his preference of the look for the website and save it as a preference. such as bigger fonts, ect.?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve this using our built components. Maybe you can try other third party components and you might be able to achieve this.

Maybe you can try to use this https://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extension/style-a-design/accessibility/screen-reader/ and see how it goes.
