Sites not loading after EasyDiscuss Update 4.1.3

Hello,

after updating Joomla to 3.8.10 and updating EasyDiscuss to 4.1.3 we have the issue, that the sites, where we use EasyDiscuss, cant load anymore. Seems to load forever, without giving SQL errors.

Our enviorment:
Ubuntu 18.04.1 current Updates
PHP 7.2-fpm

Hm, we have not received such reports from any customers so far. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? You may store your site access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so you don't have to provide these information all the time

Hello,

no, unfortunately it is not possible to access the backend from outside. It is possible for you, to look with team viewer on our backend?
