Hello,

I have been trying to identify the source of a problem I have been experiencing.

Some of the pages on my Easysocial do not seem to have my site's template applied. I have default template which is ideally supposed to apply to pages. I realised that it was not applying to all pages so I created individual menu items for most of Easysocial's features. However, I still find that it occurs on some items. I also discovered that this same issue occurs on some of the other Stackideas components as well.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I think you have to consult with this template provider regarding this, because this is not our issue based on what i checked on your site.

Let me analysis what is the current issue now, I noticed those page not apply the same template styling is because those page body added this class features-page, so somewhere override your site template styling, it might be some of the setting not configure correctly, you can check my attached screenshot below.

For those page not added this class name features-page, it will show correctly with your site template styling.

Now need to find why some of the page injected this class name features-page but some of the page are not.

Thanks for your findings above. It actually led to me to finding and resolving the issue. A sub-layout for the default site template is what was causing the issue. I turned it off and everything is fine now.
