Hi Guys

We are having more and more users every day and the site is becoming slow.

Is there a limit to how many users we can have?

Do i need to perform some sort of maintenance?

Thanks

Edwin
Hello Edwin,

There is a lot of possibilities that causing your site slow down. I've tried to load your homepage (without Easysocial), and it took about 4-5 seconds. I'm afraid this is not came from Easysocial. I can't test the page with Easysocial because I don't have the access.

Hi Guys,

the site is still slow and its getting worse.

The worse part is inside easysocial. Opening a group takes over 10 seconds.

Something is wrong. Can you have a look?

Do you need a username or access?

Thanks

Have a look at the following thread to get some ideas: http://stackideas.com/forums/site-loading-very-slowly

Indeed EasySocial does add time to the page load, but if the site is loading slow outside of ES than it's something on your end. Commonly it's the hosting provider or excessive scripts.

Hello,

Please provide us with the steps to reproduce this and also the login credentials to your site. As what Josh has stated, if your site itself takes time to load (4 - 5 seconds), EasySocial will add about 1 - 3 seconds depending on how heavy the site is and like I have said on many of the other threads, you can't expect EasySocial to load as fast as your articles page because it's much more complex and requires much more complicated SQL queries.
