When I tried accessing the page at http://udios.co.il/biotech/%D7%94%D7%A8%D7%A9%D7%AA-%D7%94%D7%97%D7%91%D7%A8%D7%AA%D7%99%D7%AA it's only loading the script easysocial-1.4.5.min.js once. I don't see a duplicated file being loaded.

Where are you able to replicate this?

Also, the size of the file is 1.1mb because you did not enable gzip compression in your htaccess file. Please read the blog post at http://stackideas.com/blog/optimizing-the-delivery-of-javascripts-on-joomla

With gzip compression, the file size would probably drop to somewhere around 300kb

Thank you for the fast replay
We implement the gzip compression and its help :-)
But when we check the easysocial pages with pingdom it's seem that the page doing some strange redirect 3XX
That cost almost 2 sec ( add screen )
Did we 've done something wrong ?

When profiling this with firebug, I don't see the redirection going on. Perhaps pingdom's tool is redirecting it due to the utf-8 url aliases? To be honest I am not too sure but you can try to view the net panel on firebug and Chrome
