Hello, my ES, EB and ED website (mountolives.org) is extremely slow. I have tried all forms of optimizations in vain. I have even installed JCH plugin and nothing changed.
Please can you help me figure out the wrong setting that is causing this slow down?

Other addon domains are fairly ok in speed.

It is running on a VPS with BlueHost.

Many thanks in advance.
hey Alexandre,

I've tried to access in your Joomla backend (http://yoursite.com/administrator) but it keep redirect back to your homepage, please advise.

Yes, it would be best if you can provide us with your VPS details so we can better have a look of this.

Try nginx as proxy reverse its very fast, we tryed many shared hosters (SG gogeek and cloud) and our website stayed too slow, we taked an SSD vps managed by serverpilot, they install all what joomla need (php, my sql, nginx, etc.), there is a big difference i can assure you. If you take a dedicated server your website will load in two seconds.

Hello Jan!,
what is the cause of the slowness?
I do not need to change host, since other of my domains are running normally.
It is VPS with 4 cores and 6GB RAM.

Do people complain about speed when using yours extensions?

First and foremost, i want to know the source of the speed problem.

Many thanks,

Hi Alex,

Our extensions are optimized for speed and reliability even when you have a lots of data records inside the components. Usually if your site are slow is due to because of the server speed itself being too slow or there are hundreds of plugins and components on your joomla site. However it seems like your site are throwing some sort of fatal error and we are not able to access your administrator page.

Please advise.

Hey Alexandre,

I can't login to your back end but something is certainly not right with your site. The initial page load takes 16 seconds and it's only the login page. It does not make any sense at all

please use http://www.mountolives.org/administrator/ to access the backend with the given credentials.

It is disturbing indeed! I have used all possible templates in vain. I have other sites/domain (e.g. http://www.cmfionline.org, http://www.cmfiradio.org, etc.) running on the same VPS (4 cores, 6GB RAM), with reasonable load time. I think threr should some wrong setting somewhere that is causing such lengthy load times.

With the previous responses, I was already thinking of leaving your extensions at bay and look for alternatives. But I am not too sure your extension are the cause of the speed issue.

I appreciate your help

Hey Alexandre,

As soon as I turned off System - Invitex the initial page load dropped from 20 seconds to 2 seconds . This is pretty shocking considering that most of our customers uses Invitex as well. You should notify the guys at techjoomla too.
