Site homepage displays blank after update
Hello Machim,

Sorry for the late reply as it's the weekends. I have checked your issue and when you install the installation seems successful but I am getting component not found when i try to access EasyBlog. Somehow the Joomla tables do not have any EasyBlog record. May i have your phpMyAdmin access to check this out? Please advice.

Thanks!

Hello Machim,

So sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I have checked your issue and it seems like you are using the newest version of EasyBlog but you did not update the modules. Please download them at http://www.stackideas.com/downloads and update the modules to the latest version to solve your issue. Hope this helps.

Thanks!

Am referring to this site- http://www.thegiftifonlyyouknew.com

Once i installed the component, the homepage goes blank immediately.

I had to restore site 3 times.

Just had to be sure it is component.

I installed it again, page went blank. Restored site

Re-installed component again, page went blank.

If you free now, i can do it so you can see.

Hello Machim,

I haven't do anything to your database. As my colleague said before, the issue is because you are using older version of Easyblog module. I've installed the latest module and it solved the issue.
