I have created a group and added an announcement.
I was trying to edit the announcement from frontend and the text editor didn't show up.
When I refreshed the page, it's all gone... the entire website is gone....

I am attaching the last screenshot before it all went missing.
Wooooooh... it came back after a few refreshes... no idea what happened there...

But the problem with the missing Editor persists.

I suspect something related with your template rokbooster cache, you can check my attached screenshot below. (compare Joomla protostar template with your current template)

If load announcement page under Joomla protostar template then it load fine.

If load your current template meanwhile I clear this robooster cache from backend https://take.ms/MRud3 then refresh that announcement page then it will load that editor on the page, if refresh again then it will not load again.

Do you know is there a way temporary disable rokbooster cache so we can confirm whether related with this.

Spot on! Great job.

I have created an exception in the RokBooster Plugin and now it works fine

I think this is not ideally to ignore specific page because end up you need to set all the new announcement page URL into that exception setting. https://take.ms/ossfoo

Is it that ignore files for the tiny_mce.js you just added?

tiny_mce.js was already there as default settings

I have added the exception above, forcing rokbooster to stop working on that specific page
