I thought it was agreed that anything in EasySocial, a Site Admin will have access regardless of what the User set as Privacy? Or this is applicable to just one section or selected section? I would vote to give Site Admin all access anything within EasySocial - Front End.

I just asked one of the Staff to test out the Groups and the Staff created a Private Group, everything worked but I noticed that me as Site Admin (Super User) cannot see the Private Group the Staff just created.

Thanks!
I tested this on my site with a test user account and I can confirm this issue happens on my site where the SuperAdmin can't see the Invite Only Group in the front-end of the site.

Of course the Invite Only Group shows in the Group back-end list.

Randall,

Can you look at your Dashboard under Groups if you can still your Unpublished Group? I can't see it in Groups > My Groups anymore but in the Dashboard Groups widget it still shows up.

Thanks,

Jackson

Can you take a screenshot or a screencast of where you mean in the Groups Dashvboard that it shows up?

I don't see anything on the left sidebar or any other location, but you may be talking about something else.

Here it is, I'm talking about Dashboard (the link in the toolbar that has HOME icon) not Groups Dashboard:

I can see it published after I unpublished it. So this is a confirmed issue that unpublished Groups show in the Front page stream.

Thanks Mark,

After today and the amount issue reports and the fixes to date since the v1.2.3 release, the next v1.2.4 release should be a really SOLID RELEASE.

Looking good.
