Hello

As you know has Joomla, a simple update module (joomla installer).
And my question is, is it possible, or in the future that easyblog, and your other extensions can update trough that?

If not, then I have another question.
Maybe you know "Watchfull", it is an website managment system, and you can update multiple websites trought that software.
A.t.m. it is not possible (i think) to update EasyBlog and other stackideas extensions trough that, because he looks for updates in the joomla updater.
Is it possible, to work with watchfull, and let your updater work trough watchfull?

Hey Christian,

It's not possible to use the updater in Joomla currently and that is simply because we need to verify the authenticity of your account before you are able to download newer versions.

Hello Mark,

We use other extensions for example from RSjoomla, and they use the updater in joomla WITH update/api code
Maybe it's an idea that you guys look in to this? (It is a lot nicer to our customers to update ALL of our extensions in one go )
