Single photo in popup display arrows to list photos (but photo is only one)

Hello.
1) User1 upload 5 photos to stream
2) User2 open 1 of 5 photo in popup
3) User2 react to this photo
Result1: stream item appear about “User2 reacted to it” that display one photo (screen attached)
4) find this stream item and open photo in popup.
Result2: Photo in popup display arrows left and right. But when press on it, nothing is happen. This arrows are confusing.

Expected result: I suppose arrows shouldn’t appear in popup if there is only one photo for viewing.

Expected result: I suppose arrows shouldn’t appear in popup if there is only one photo for viewing.
Or may be to add more interactivity and keep the user to stay on site it's better to use arrows to list other photos in this album (in "Story album" or other). Thanks.
