Single Comment from Komento System showing in multiple locations

My site has received the very first comment since the Komento was used. The same comment is showing in three places, 1. direct under the article (which I expected), 2. appearing/messing up with the intro (as you can see at the first blog intro from my homepage aoren.com, and 3. appearing at the bottom of the homepage

How can I turn off the comment for those unexpected positions?

Well...I have figured out the third issue because I accidentally placed a Komento module at footer. But still, I don't know why the comment is showing together with the intro text/image as I outlined in the above question and attachment. Please, please help!
