Since Joomla 3.8 one gets the option to remove the article numbers from url's which is great as it means that joomla is learning to be as neat and seo friendly as wordpress. It does pose some teething troubles such as the following url
https://cambs.eu/blog/entry/101-inspirational-websites-for-design-or-use-comment-to-suggest-a-site

Can you test your latest with joomla latest using the new url format and report back any issues thank you.

In the above url the 101 is getting stripped out and yet still failing (perhaps because it is not a normal joomla article)
Hi calvin,

May I know how to replicate this? Do you setting for Joomla article to remove the article ID such as http://take.ms/ARVCM ? and in EasyBlog blog post you want to access it without the blog post id? If yes, it can't be done if you enable the Unicode Aliases http://take.ms/IQiez

Yes to the first question I have experimental and remove set as in your image.
I dont have the unicode alias set as I dont have funny foreign character support so I don't want an ID inserting!

And this works for articles. But it breaks articles that start as in the url 10 best websites...that will break.
It sounds like this feature doesnt work with easy blog.
Are you going to support this joomla feature soon?

I am having to make the url like this '10 years' to 'ten-years' for the url to work.

What do the EasyBlog team recommend?

Hi Calvin,

I think I've misunderstood you issue previously, my bad sorry
I've now try to replicate again the issue using Joomla latest version (3.8.1) EasyBlog 5.1.12 and according to the setting below: http://take.ms/N4beV

Create a blog post consist number in-front of the alias : http://take.ms/iPhaP http://take.ms/uK5b7
it seems it was loaded the post correctly. Perhaps, can you update your Joomla to 3.8.1 and see how it goes? Or, is it you already update to that version? where I've tried to access one of your blog post that consist number alias http://take.ms/lyY6Q it seems works fine.
