Simply How to turn ON/OFF Post Templates?

Hi,
I've looked and searched but I simply cannot find how to turn ON/OFF Post Templates so they show as an option when opening a new post.

Hope to be enlightened

You can find this in Settings > General > Composer and disable the option "Enable Templates"
