The reason why is because you have set the registration as "mini registration" but without any custom field to be display on the registration form. I've change your registration mode to "full" from your backend > easysocial > settings > registration, http://screencast.com/t/fFPmEr0G1L and the registration link will then redirect the user to registration page.
