Hello i have users thats signing up for 3 different plans.

All users are receiving basic membership message. But gold & diamond membership message are different.

Can you please see why it’s not working correctly?

Sorry for the delayed response.

This error is coming because of allowed memory exhausted.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 41959424 bytes) in /home/thebul12/public_html/plugins/payplans/pdfinvoice/pdfinvoice/dompdf0.6/include/block_frame_reflower.cls.php on line 699


Can you increase the memory_limit to and see how it goes?
After increasing memory limit , check this issue again and let me know.

Hello I have increased my memory to 1024M are you able to see error.

After i increased memory I haven’t had any paid memberships yet.

Hello Leo,

This issue is coming when generating pdf of invoice. As you have set attachment invoice to yes in app configuration.
Please find attached kit of pdf invoice app, install it.
And also increase maximum execution time and check this again.
