After troubleshot again, it seems like you hitting this following error :

Can you check your Mailchimp API key is it correct? Because it seems like this API key no longer to enabled.

I guess I need to be clearer. People are signing up but not always getting post emails.

Also when they do sign up the pop-up text is in white just like the background. Do you know how to change this?

If yes and if you enabled Mailchimp integration from your Easyblog backend, Mailchimp will take responsible to send out the notification to your new subscriber for this.

So I have a question now, are you still using Mailchimp integration? If yes, can you provide us with your mailchimp user access so we can better have a check?

Ahh, I forgot to response this in earlier, this is your template css override the styling, so it show blank pop up.
I did applied some css fix into this file -> /public_html/templates/blog/html/com_easyblog/styles/custom.css, it should show the text now.
