I have just tested this and it looks like you have disabled the option to allow new user to sign up. I have enabled this and the Facebook buttons are showing up correctly at http://www.vsotour.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial

It seems like you have not make the apps as "live" yet hence other user will not be able to access the apps and registration using facebook. I've change the mode to live and it should be working fine now.
