Dear Support Team

The user information in the sidebar is not visible anymore. I think it is turned off, but I can not find how to turn it on again.

Usualy it can be found on the very top left seide in the sidebar.

I hope you can help and appreciate your assistance.

Hi there,

It seems that i dont have administrator access for your backend as you can see here http://take.ms/Cmb8C. By the way, i suspected that it is not redirected correctly, as it is redirected wrongly as you can see here http://take.ms/NmaTz and it is because you dont have Easysocail frontpage menu items on your site.

Maybe you can create new menu items as shown http://take.ms/qaVoF and see how it goes. If still persisted, it would be best if you can provide us, users with Super User access for further check on this issues.

I checked the option with the menu, but this is not helping. What I am looking for is the (standard) solution where the user (visitor) can see the full profile of a relevant person. This includes the information relating to this person’s profile and the latest posts of this person. At the moment there is no information and just the general news stream.

The news stream looks at them moment the same for every person. You can check it when you click on the profile pictures. It always returns the same result, though the URL is different. Something must be wrong.

I very much appreciate your assistance.

Hi there,

It would be best if you can provide us with 'Super User' access credentials for your backend and FTP as for given access, i dont have administrator access as you can see here http://take.ms/TfJMM for further check on this issues.
