I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It seems like that was known issue which already fixed in our internally, I already applied some of the fix in this file -> /public_html/administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/router.php , it should work fine now.

And this fix will included in next release version as well.
