I've checked in your site, it seems like those component version is not updated from the Joomla extension listing page, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.

Perhaps you can elaborate more details how to you perform an update those component from your site previously?

Thanks for looking into it. I updated from each of the components' dashboard.

When opening a dashboard it checks the installed version and either says its OK and up to date or says something like update now, which I click.
