Showcase module Photo on top, title text and read more on bottom

I am needing a slideshow for EB5 Posts, I am trying the Showcase module default layout, but I want the Photo to span the entire width of the module position and the text Title and readmore underneath as in the pic attached...
WHen I view my site on a phone it adjust to how I want it to look all the time!!!
