Show username in members area

Can I show the username in members area and not the login name?
Settings > Layout > General and scroll down the page. You should see an option as shown in my screen shot here, http://screencast.com/t/nyO5aCImxTr

Hello Lefteris,

Hm, not too sure which member are you referring to but in EasyDiscuss you can configure whether or not to use username or the user's real name
