Show Print icon won't display

I have Show Print and Show PDF set to Yes in EasyBlog > Settings > Layout > Post Options but they don't show on the blog post details page. Enabling other settings Show Subscribe Link and Show Reporting do display those options.

I've fixed it for you in this file: ../components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/blogs/entry/tools.php. For the Show PDF, you need to have PhocaPDF installed in your site and have this option enabled: http://screencast.com/t/9q3biNM8eZG . Hope this helps.
