You can setting and enabled to show tooltip by:
1. Click Extension>Modules>EasySocial User>Enable Show tooltip
It will show the user info in the tooltip nicely
I've inspected that you're still using older version of EasySocial, Would you mind to update to the latest version?

sorry for replying that late to your answer! As we checked the settings at the module of "EasySocial Users", we've seen that the tooltip is already enabled. We used the plugin "module in article" for displying the members in our article area. Should that be the reason, why the tooltip option doesn't propagate?
P.S: We are not updating Easysocial, because we did a lot of efforts by customizing theme and language files. So we are afraid, the new update is going to overwrite these files.

Seems like your Joomla backend access do not works .Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? You can edit your first post and add the information needed in the site details section .

I done nothing much, I've just reconfigure back the setting. Regarding the strange large number appeared when hover the avatar I need the FTP login credential working, because I've tried(so do my colleague) to access your FTP seems not working . Can you please advise?
