I am sorry for the delay of this reply. Correct me if I'm wrong here, I have created a user(eg: A) under a Profile type (eg: New), where in the setting of Allow Community Access is set to Yes.
User A have joined a Group which A become a member of the group.
Then I've setting of Allow Community Access to NO for the profile type New, where user A cannot access EasySocial page anymore.
But the user A is still in the list of the Members widget of the group?Isn't it?
If yes, I've replicate this issue and it works fine where, the user A is not in the Members widget anymore as I've disable the Allow Community Access for the Profile type New.

The issue is not on the group members widget, but on the widget "Show Friends In Group". So your scenario is correct but one step is missing: you should make user A one of your friends. And then check the right widget

Ah, now I get it . I've replicate this issue and seems there is a bug. This issue has been logged in our issue tracker and our developers will take an action for this.
