I am really sorry but that is not possible currently because it's not possible to display the comment form on the front page blog layout. The comment form would only be visible on the entry layout.

Are you only planning to display a single blog post on the front page? If that's the case, perhaps you can create a menu item and link that menu item to a single blog layout instead?
