Hi,
as my previous post is locked I'm forced to open a new one.
This is just to tell you that the origin of the issue that cm avatar is not showed comes from the urls.
From my screenshots you can see that on the html there are wrong href and src.
I was been able to find the cause but I'm not be able to find the fixed.
As I said it is not an urgent issue. So you can put it at the end of your to do list.
