I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I've checked our Easyblog demo site http://easyblog.stackideas.com/ , but it seems like those blog title and description also displayed at the toolbar header.

By the way, in order to fix this, you have to modify the core file, try download my attached file and replacec into this following template override file location. (for those new folder you have to manually create it)

JoomlaFolder/templates/YourCurrenteTemplate/html/com_easyblog/toolbar/default.php
