Hello
Is there a way to include the articles that are created in joomla in the streamline?

What we need is a stream to be created when admin creates an article.

I have enabled Stream Filter and Create Article application but no luck.

Can you please advise?
Yes, it is possible. If you have not already installed the article plugin, you may download it from https://stackideas.com/apps/item/8-articles

Once you have it installed via Joomla, just ensure that the plugin is published. This will also work with EasyArticles and Joomla articles.

Thank you for your reply!

The content shows now on the timeline.

2 questions:

1. When Admin creates an article, the article shows fine on the streamline! When the article is created automatically, it does not show in the timeline! (Comparing both articles they are exactly the same. The difference is that the auto article is created through a cronjob. All fields though... "Created By" etc are the same).

2. No intro image is shown in the streamline. Intro image is necessary for sharing with other social networks.

Thank you in advance!

How is the cronjob processing these imports? What extension are you using? If they are processing it instead of Joomla, high chances that it isn't triggering content plugins.

If the post has a cover image, the article app would use the image. You need to ensure that the post has a cover.

I am using obgrabber component. There is no way to the plugin to work with the component?

What do you mean "cover image"? I am talking about joomla articles that have both Intro and Full Article Image.

You need to check with the developer of obgrabber. They should follow the same standard logics and workflow as Joomla. For instance, if you manually insert the data into the database using phpmyadmin, it will never work.

The app will actually try to find images in the content itself and used the first image as the cover.
