Show age only - but not date of birth?

Hello, a few users have said that they don't like their full date of birth showing in profile, but would rather just have their actual age. A Birthdate may not be a good thing to have since it could be used by scammers to gain information that may be used to access bank accounts and such

I already configure that birthday age only appear on the user profile timeline page, you can check my attached screenshot below.
