Should stream be updating automatically?

Hi
Should the stream be updating automatically? Right now it only updates when I refresh the page manually. In the 'stream' settings, New Stream notifications are set to 'yes' and every 30 seconds, but Im not sure if that's related/ Anything I can do to make it happen?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Yes, it should update automatically when there are new feeds available

Oh dear! Can you suggest a reason why it doesn't update? Is there something I can do to make this work?

Hi,

EasySocial checks for new stream in every 30 seconds interval, and if there is a new stream then a button like this will appear: http://cl.ly/image/2f3z2A1c332e

However, this only happens on dashboard page. In Unity page, we did not include this in because we wanted Unity page to be as light as possible for landing page purposes.
