I am trying to add Jomres shortcodes to the EB category page, either in the category description or in a custom module, but both show only the code.

Hey Colin,
The category description in EasyBlog does not trigger any Joomla plugin and I believe the same applies to Joomla's category as well as the triggers only happen for articles within Joomla and not the category description.
