1. First can I have meta tag description for each Photo Album. Now Meta Tag is taken from Joomla configuration page and for each photo always the same.

Unfortunately, we dont have this feature currently. But it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this issues by creating a new ticket on the forums and set it to "Feature Request", so everyone else could vote for it, the more people request on this, and we will priority consider it.

But that will result in only one photo share instead all other images for e.g. in albums.

You should have og:image on your site in order for Facebook to fetch the image. But Facebook is intelligent enough to fetch any image on your links shared, but will result in with what you wanted to be. Maybe you can try to put og;image and check whether it will fetch all image or not.

3. On login page only photos from admin should be displayed - how can I hide the link - see all albums

Currently, there should not be any links to show all albums and it seems it is not showing on your end also as you can see here http://take.ms/w9o9A. And in order for you to show it only specific user, you can go to that module and select that user only as you can see here http://take.ms/XLISI.

Currently, you cannot change those icons, but you are required to do some modification on this path .../administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/sharing/sharing.php by removing those vendors respectively as you can see here http://take.ms/KUaMn

You are required to do backup on this files as once you made any update/upgrade, those fixes made will be overwritten.
