"Shared With Everyone" Option

Please see attached screenshot.

When posting a story update, where do I set the option to allow sharing with "Everyone", which would allow non-registered users to see the post?

May i know the story update is from user dashboard or group page or event page? Also, may i know which version of EasySocial you are currently installed at your site?

By the way, can you send us your Joomla backend admin access and your ftp account so that we can investigate your issue further?

Hi JV,

Also, can you check if your site is now on 'lockdown' mode? If you are on lockdown mode, then the 'share with everyone' privacy option will not be visible to user.

Hi Sam,

Never mind. I found the setting under Settings / Stream / General Features / Allow Guest View Comments. I had this set to No.
