Hello,

We notice when we click on "share" to share the blog post on Facebook (etc.), instead of using the avatar we have set up, it shows a blank white box. Is there a specific area we need to set up the share image?

Hey Matt,

I believe that was cached from Facebook server, perhaps you can try copy one of the blog post URL then paste in Facebook debugger tool, Facebook will re-crawl again the data from your blog entry page.

If still same issue, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTp access so we can check on this?
