Hello,
I encounter a little concern when sharing link.
When I add a https link (Instagram for example), this one appears well in the thread, but when I publish it disappears.
Do you know if there is a setting to remedy this?
Best regards.
Eric
Hello Eric,

Sorry but I am a little lost here. Could you provide us with a link that you were trying to share so that we could also test this on your site?

Hello Mark,

Network users have noticed that sharing links that start with https are not displayed.
More specifically links that come from Instagram.

Best regards.

Hi there,

It seems that you are using older version of EasySocial. This issues have been fixed our latest version, that is version 2.0.13. Maybe you can update/upgrade and see how it goes.

Hello,
I did the update, that did not solve my concern.
When I do a share of an INSTAGRAM privilege (for example) the content appears well when I click on "I add the link", but disappears when I "Publish".

Link example: https://www.instagram.com/p/BQjg8b_gtVJ/

Best regards.

Hi there,

It seems that there are some cache issues. Maybe you can try to truncate this table , "#__social_links" and see how it goes. As i tried to share using new links, it shown correctly as you can see here https://screencast.com/t/whkdWohGQZww. Please advice.

Note:
Make sure you done full backup on your database before making any modifications.
