Hi,
There appears to be a bug in "Share" best seen in video http://screencast.com/t/dzvBkqSw

I've tested it in different browsers and templates and it only works with Firefox.

Good luck in fixing this bug too...

Cheers!
It appears this issue has been fixed in the update 1.4.6

Hi Guy,

It is actually a correct behavior where it will show a normal stream but only the user that are mentioned inside the custom privacy are able to see the stream item. Try to logged in with user other than "Freddy Smyth" and you will not able to see the stream item posted by you in the video.

Hope these can clear up some confusion here.

No it does not clear it up this time Azrul

You didn't see from the video the auto type of the name did not work correctly and by fiddling it looked like it actually worked and sent to Freddy.
Now as I said it does not appear on Freddy's stream and not normal.
Please try it yourself using your demo site and hopefully you'll see?

1. So to be clear the button share > custom is not allowing me to enter Freddy correctly
2. With trying to go around it and it says saved to Freddy it does not deliver to Freddy

3. Try it for yourself. I've only got this to work satisfactorily using Firefox and all other tried browsers have failed miserably

Cheers!

Hi Guy,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

Ah I see. Seems like it only happening in my IE browser but its working fine in my Firefox and Chrome browser. I will log this into the codebase and will go through all the code again to find the cause to this issue later on.

Hi Ezrul,
Your welcome to my help again!
Also glad to see you've acknowledged it as another bug to fix. That's always a good to know and a good start anyway

You're a tad vague aren't you "later on". Does that mean now or before the next update?

Cheers!
