Share a file.... Can Everyone mean 'Everyone'? :-)

When using the awesome EasySocial activity stream as a logged in user, I have the option to 'Share File'.

I want to share a PDF with everyone. I can upload it ok with 'Share File' and have 'Everyone' set in the privacy when I do so... but then it seems only logged in users can access it? How do I set things so they 'Everyone' means 'Everyone' and there's no annoying barrier to access for my community forcing them to login if they don't want to / don't have time?

Hi,

Currently the privacy applies to the stream only, which means "Everyone" can view that stream.

For downloading file, we will see if we can include this in the future.

Thanks Jason. Yes I'd sure appreciate if you guys can discuss it.... as it is currently it's giving my site an 'unfriendly' feel as if it's forcing people to login for content which I don't want to burden them with that extra 'hassle' (you know some people are still old-school and don't want to engage that much)
