Hi,

Tested on a fresh joomla install in firefox desktop(mobile view) + firefox and chrome on android.

-on mobile : set menu items to 1(see screenshot) and the menu will automatically open if you are loading the page on mobile.(other screenshot)
-on desktop and mobile : "more" shows in the dropdown menu which does not make sens because it is already shown on top
-on mobile menu : "home" menu shows up twice
-on mobile : no scrollbar + no close button.

Kind regards,

Matt

I'm unable to replicate this issue locally. Perhaps, you can provide us with the backend and FTP access so we can help inspect the issue.

More option is used to truncate the menu items shown in the toolbar. There is a setting in the toolbar module to set the limit number of menus shown on the toolbar. Check out the attached screenshot.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hi,

As suggested by the title of this thread, all those issue happen if you truncate the menu items to 1, did you do that to reproduce the issue?

I'm not keen on providing ftp for something which is global as this issue was spotted on a new joomla 3 installation with no other extensions installed.

Kind regards,

Hi there,

I'm sorry as I'm unable to replicate this issue locally.

-on mobile : set menu items to 1(see screenshot) and the menu will automatically open if you are loading the page on mobile.(other screenshot)

Based on your mobile screenshot, it seems to have some issues with the Mmenu script. I'm not sure what is the issue, that is why we'll need access to the page so we can inspect directly on your site. Please take a look at the attached screenshot of the mobile menu on my end.

Therefore, please provide us with the backend and FTP access so we can help inspect the issue directly on your site.

Thanks.

Hi,

After testing it in protostar the issue does not show.

So the issue happens with beez template so can you check again if you can reproduce it with beez please?

Here is a screenshot with the JS error($ is not a function)

Kind regards,

Matt
