Hi,

After updating to EasyDiscuss 4.0.15, several buttons, both in front end and in back end, are not working anymore. In the browser console I see these error messages:

Front end:
http://www.orde-der-verdraagzamen.nl/media/com_easydiscuss/scripts/site/easydiscuss-4.0.15.js Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

Back end:
http://www.orde-der-verdraagzamen.nl/media/com_easydiscuss/scripts/admin/easydiscuss-4.0.15.jsFailed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

Buttons in the front end that are not working, include: the cogwheel for user settings, the save button for newly created posts.
In the back end, it's for exampe the Settings, Posts and Maintenance menu items. Categories and Tags are working ok.

I hope that you can help me solve this.

Kind regards,

Frits
I suspect that installation not install completely, can you update your Joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?

Thanks for your reply.

I could try to re-install EasyDiscuss by: Extensions > Install, then upload the complete package as downloaded from your repository.

Or would that introduce new issues, for example removing data from the database tables?

Kind regards, Frits

It will not remove any of your existing data from database when you perform reinstall Easydiscuss on your site, it will just update all the latest files on your directory folder/files.
