Hi Guys,

Can someone give me some manual how can i setup the email notification crone job in PLESK in case someone add a new comment on my site?

Thank you
Hmm, not sure why your server returns a 403 forbidden error when executing that cronjob URL.

If I manually access this cronjob URL https://csakamainap.club/index.php?option=com_komento&task=cron it seems fine to me.

Have you consulted with your Webhosting provider regarding this?

Another thing you can try is to update the domain name from this file JoomFolder/components/com_komento/cron.php then add the following URL to your cronjob configuration page but I think you have to choose to execute this cronjob via PHP.

https://csakamainap.club/components/com_komento/cron.php

I guess the Plesk cronjob configuration there can allow you to choose whether you want to execute this cron command using which method.

It seems like I manually access this file https://csakamainap.club/components/com_komento/cron.php on the browser, it shows me 403 forbidden also, so I think somewhere either the server or site backend admintools needs to whitelist this URL.

Hi Arlex,

You are the best as always, i tried the command thingy, doesnt worked then i tried the php script, doesnt worked then i tried the url one but that time also doesnt worked...

Then i went to admin tools and added the crone.php to the allow direct access section.

Then i tried the php thingy again and then it worked thank you!
