I am in the process of setting up Easysocial to use at the company I work for. A lot of our employees work from different locations and not in the same office. So we were trying to figure out a way for all of us to communicate with each other. My question to the community is what is the best way to setup Easysocial. I was thinking of purchasing an autofriend plugin so when anybody signs up they are automatically friends with everyone. Is this a good idea? I am also trying to figure out a way to promote the following of Management. Any suggestions?

Is there anybody out there using Easysocial at work?
I don't really see the advantage of having everyone friends with everyone. As of right now a member can see the stream with everyone's activity. Accessing other profiles can be done through the member list.

I assume that you would be using ES for logged work related items into the activity stream?

Yeah agreed with Josh. You can setup the privacy for the profile type to 'everyone' so that every users in your EasySocial can see everything without having to be 'friend'
