setting the stream

Hello
What changed in the stream that does not appear on changing the avatar and other changes in my profile? number 1 on Attachments.
I would like to appear in the stream only comments and new information - number 2 Attachments.
As far as I remember it is backend -> components -> easysocial -> apps -> profiles -> stream -> profile updates

Yep, Sabih is correct You need to disable the option.
