Hi there,

Im using joomla 3.8.12 with lastest payplans version. Im trying to link my paypal and dont work. my website is on http://18.231.116.114/index.php/br/cursos and when i use a paypal bussiness plan from US work at all. But i need to setup for some customer in Brazil. This client have paypal bussiness account also and i did same settings over there, but with this merchant email dont work. Could you help me!

I've tried to access your site backend but your site credentials not working.

Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.
Generally this error comes when your email address(using in paypal app configuration ) is not your primary email address or the currency is different (from which you trying to do payment) from default currency of your paypal account.

Please cross check this and let me know.

I check my setting at paypal and email and currency are right. im sending to you the credencials and some screenshots to help me with.

Hello Cassio,

I've tried again to connect with backend with the details you shared in first post, still show credentials are wrong.

Warning
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.


The login.txt you shared vai zip file is blank. see attached screen shot.
Please update me the correct credentials, so can look into this issue.

Ok, before im using the ip of server cause iwas changed DNS records.

You can access now. the txt is not empty anymore. Sorry about that!

Hello Cassio,

Yes, now i am able to login at your site backend as well as in paypal account also.
Every setting seems correct. You need to contact paypal support team about this. It seems your paypal account seems not able to get the payment.

Update me with their team response.
