Setting email address for Parse Email

Hi

If I set 2 categories with the same email address will the system work out from the Conversation ID being responded to were to post the email reply ?

How does the general preference of send income emails to this Category drop down effect this ?

Sorry for the late reply. I'm not very sure what you means here but the emails that send the reply will be match with your users email and posted as them. Please elaborate your issue here.
