If yes, can you provide us with your Joomla backend, FTP and Amazon S3 access so we can help you check on this?

Thanks for the heads up on the broken url in our documentation. We will fix this shortly. Meanwhile, to setup cronjobs for easysocial you can follow our documentation here, http://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/cronjobs/cpanel-cronjobs .

If the issue still persist kindly provide us with your Cpanel access so we can setup the cronjob for you.

Can I have the permission to create another `Access Key` from your Amazon account?

It seems like you insert the Access key/Secret key is not correct.

It seems like it can't allow to create another access key, may i know do you have save the secret key from your pc?

If no, then I will try delete the second one access key and see is it can create another new access key.

After re-create a new access key, it work fine now.

Can you give it a check now? Just I manually run the cron URL, some of the image already stored in your Amazon S3.

If you need the access key backup, can you provide us with your email address, so I can send to you?

Not all pictures are transferred to the Amazon. For example photos in groups remain on the website.

May i know which group photo is not uploaded to Amazon yet? Because I've checked in your group page, it seems like those image already uploaded. Take a look of my screenshot below.

I believe that was because the cronjob haven't kick in so all the image still haven't upload to Amazon yet.

I will mark this thread as resolved and lock it to avoid any confusions in the future, but if you need any help please feel free to start a new thread in our forums.
