I am sorry but if I understand you well. You want to send the email notification of a new comment to only 1 email address? Can you explain it more so that we can able to assist you. By the way here is the available settings for you can send notification to any user group. I believe there is some confusion. This is not a bug. This particular settings http://screencast.com/t/XDPsPb7C that you are referring to are only used to enforce users from selected groups to receive notification regardless if they receives the email system. In other words, if you selected "Super User" group for all 4 occasions, whenever a new user posts a new comment, new reply, pending comment or reported comment, users from the "Registered" group will receive a notification.

Hello Stefano,

Currently if you approve a comment, the author of the comment are not notified. However, if you do submit a comment that is pending moderation, the configured group will be notified.
