set privacy of custom fields by default

Hello, I just created new textbox custom fields in ES.
The fields is contained very private data for users.
So I want to set the privacy to "only me".
how to set privacy of the fields to "Only me" by default..?

Hello Ferlin,

We are sorry, there is no setting to set it Only Me by default. You need to manually change it in Edit Profile.

There is any way to set it by default without user have to set manually?
