Set Menu Item to Frontpage Blog Layout, but continues to show Categories List

I have set the blog menu item to "Frontpage Blog Layout" so that it will display the latest blog posts. However, it continues to show the Category Lists instead. How do I get this to show the latest?

Did you mean this menu? http://screencast.com/t/Dhy5dBgs . It seems like not a main menu. It is a module which can be edited here: http://screencast.com/t/6Vk50qY3Mby . I have changed the blog menu link to frontpage. Hope this helps.
